Abstract:

Absolventská práce zkoumá potenciál využití tanečně-pohybové terapie (TPT) jako inovativního nástroje duševní podpory a integrace v rámci sociální práce se ženami s uprchlickou zkušeností. Úvodní část práce definuje specifika ženské nucené migrace a ukazuje, že psychická zátěž spjatá s vysídlením je u žen často umocněna genderově podmíněným násilím a strukturálním útlakem, což může vyústit v kumulativní trauma a somatizaci psychických obtíží. Práce poukazuje na limity konvenčních verbálních přístupů při zpracování traumatu uloženého v těle a představuje TPT jako holistickou a kulturně citlivou formu intervence podporující obnovu pocitu bezpečí, seberegulaci a proces zmocnění. Zvolená tématika je ukotvena v teoriích sociální práce, konkrétně v ekologické perspektivě, feministické teorii a trauma-informovaném přístupu. Pozornost je věnována roli sociální pracovnice v multidisciplinárním týmu a analýze české integrační a zdravotní politiky. Text reflektuje vliv pobytových statusů na dostupnost péče a zasazuje problematiku do strategických rámců ČR a aktivit neziskového sektoru. Teoretická východiska, doplněná o zahraniční příklady dobré praxe, tvoří základ pro navazující projektový záměr v bakalářské práci, zaměřený na podporu psychosociální pohody a posílení integrace uprchlic do české společnosti.

Abstract:

This graduate thesis explores the potential of utilizing dance-movement therapy (DMT) as an innovative tool for mental health support and integration within social work with women with refugee experience. The introductory part defines the specifics of female forced migration and demonstrates that the psychological burden associated with displacement is often compounded by gender-based violence and structural oppression, which can lead to cumulative trauma and the somatization of psychological distress. The thesis highlights the limitations of conventional verbal approaches in processing trauma stored in the body and introduces DMT as a holistic and culturally sensitive form of intervention that fosters the restoration of a sense of safety, self-regulation, and the empowerment process. The chosen topic is anchored in social work theories, specifically the ecological perspective, feminist theory, and a trauma-informed approach. Attention is given to the role of the social worker within a multidisciplinary team and to the analysis of Czech integration and healthcare policies. The text reflects on the impact of residency statuses on access to care and situates the issue within the strategic frameworks of the Czech Republic and non-governmental sector activities. Theoretical foundations, supplemented by international examples of good practice, serve as the basis for a subsequent project proposal in a bachelor's thesis, which aims to support the psychosocial well-being and strengthen the integration of refugee women into Czech society.
