Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku molekul z kontrolního mechamismu Spindle assembly checkpoint (SAC), kontrolní bod sestavení dělícího vřeténka. V práci je objasněn charakter a funkce SAC, kdy aktivita tohoto systému prokazuje nenavázání spojení kinetochora-mikrotubul. Diploma thesis focuses on problematic of control mechamismus Spindle assembly checkpoint (SAC). In thesis is clarified character and function SAC, where the activity of this system shows unbound kinetochore - microtubule.
