Abstract:
Diplomová práce je věnována komplexní analýze rozvoje přeshraničního toku osobních údajů se zaměřením na nedávný vývoj. Práce je rozdělena na obecnou a zvláštní část, kdy první je věnována historickému vývoji včetně analýzy platné právní úpravy. Thesis is devoted to a complex analysis of the development of the transborder personal data flow and recent developments. It is divided into general and special part, the first is devoted to historical development and analysis of current legislation.
