Socioemotional wealth of a family business as a source of competitive advantage

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci je definován pojem rodinné podnikání, je diskutováno, jak mohou vztahy v rodinném kruhu ovlivnit rozvoj a úspěch podnikání. V teoretických východiscích jsou uvedeny faktory vytvářející a ovlivňující SEW – např. komunikace mezi členy rodinné firmy, strategie správného řešení konfliktů apod.. Následující praktická část je zaměřena na porovnání teoretických aspektů se SEW zvoleného RP. V závěru budou stanoveny návrhy a doporučeni v oblasti rozvíjení bezkonfliktních vztahů mezi členy analyzovaného podniku.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis defines the concept of family business, discusses how relationships in the family circle can affect the development and success of business. The theoretical basis lists the factors that create and influence SEW - such as communication between members of the family business, strategies for proper conflict resolution, etc. The following practical part is focused on comparing theoretical aspects with SEW of the selected DP. In the end, proposals and recommendations will be set in the area of developing conflict-free relations between the members of the analyzed company.
