Comparison of the financial costs of individual wooden building systems on the example of a selected passive family house

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci jsou porovnávány čtyři konstrukční systémy rodinných domů na bázi dřeva, z hlediska pořizovací ceny svislé nosné konstrukce, z hlediska tepelně izolačních vlastností, nákladů na vytápění, ukazatele vzduchové neprůzvučnosti a požární odolnosti. První část se zabývá vysvětlením použitých pojmů a seznámení se s jednotlivými typy konstrukcí a způsobech montáže. V další části práce jsou uvedeny skladby jednotlivých variant, nákresy řezu obvodového pláště a popis jejich kladů a záporů. Nakonec jsou jednotlivé konstrukce mezi sebou porovnány.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis compares four structural systems of family houses based on wood, in terms of the purchase price of the vertical supporting structure, in terms of thermal insulation properties, heating costs, indicators of air sound insulation and fire resistance. The first part deals with the explanation of the terms used and familiarization with individual types of constructions and assembly methods. In the next part of the work, the composition of individual variants, cross-sectional drawings of the perimeter shell and a description of their pros and cons are presented. Finally, the individual constructions are compared with each other.
