Compression of the radial artery after undecanilation literature review

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na arteriální přístupy, komprese dané tepny. V teoretické části jsem popisovala kardiovaskulární systém, krevní oběh a samotné srdce. Dále jsem se zabývala popisem selektivní koronarografii, její indikace, kontraindikace a komplikace způsobené tímto výkonem. V literárním přehledu jsem nejvíce používala internetové databáze studií Medvik a PubMed. Rešeršní otázka byla sestavena dle daných kritérií a vyhodnocována. Kvůli nedostatku studií zabývající se potřebnou problematikou jsem byla nucena rešeršní otázku rozšířit o tzv. background rešeršní otázku, která byla zaměřena na čas komprese po invazivních výkonech. Porovnávala jsem čas klasické komprese s kratším časem.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on arterial approaches, compression of the artery. In the theoretical part, I described the cardiovascular system, the blood circulation and the heart itself. I was also concerned with the description of selective coronarography, its indicators, contraindications and complications caused by this performance. In my review, I used the internet database of Medvik and PubMed. The search question was compiled according to the criteria and evaluated. Due to a lack of studies dealing with the issue I was forced to extend the search query to a so-called background search question that focused on compression time after invasive performance. I compared classical compression time with less time.
