The remuneration as a main stimulation management tool in the enterprise

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na provedení analýzy účinnosti využívaných mzdových forem ve výrobním podniku. Pro ucelenou představu uvádím v první části práce výčet možných forem odměňování, které mají vyjádřit nejen hodnotu odvedené práce, ale působit i jako stimulační prostředek. Kromě toho vymezuji oblasti, ve kterých je třeba využívání stimulačních prostředků uplatnit. Druhá část práce je věnována způsobu hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců ve zkoumané firmě. V poslední kapitole jsou konfrontovány teoretické poznatky s výsledky výzkumu. Na základě vzájemného srovnání jsem dospěla k závěru, že podnik má nastavenu vcelku účinnou politiku odměňování, které ovšem vytýkám i některé nedostatky. Podnik by proto neměl ustrnout na dosavadním uspokojivém stavu a měl by neustále sledovat vlivy působící na spokojenost zaměstnanců. I když je hlavním zájmem podniku dosahování jeho obchodních cílů, jsou právě spokojení zaměstnanci rozhodujícím faktorem, který musí být brán v potaz v tomto snažení.

Abstract:

Bachelor's work objective is to analyze effectiveness of types of remuneration used in the production enterprise. In order to have full picture I present in the first part of the text the list of possible reward schemes that shall express not only value of the work itself but also act as a stimulation tool. Besides that areas where the stimulation tools need to be applied are identified. Second part is dedicated to analysis of employee evaluation and rewarding in given company. Based on theory and research findings confrontation is made and presented in the last chapter. I came to the conclusion that generally enterprise has set up effective remuneration scheme but some imperfections are to be found as well. The enterprise shouldn't stagnate on existing satisfactory level and it should continuously follow the issues affecting the employee's satisfaction. Although the main objective of the enterprise is to reach its business targets, still satisfied employees as a crucial factor in this effort need to be taken into account.
