Téma predloženej práce je vplyv silovej intervencie na silu a efektivitu prsiarskych nôh u starších žiakov. Cieľom diplomovej práce je posúdiť vplyv osemtýždňového silovo – explozívneho programu na silu a efektivitu prsiarskych nôh u plavcov, starších žiakov.
