Abstract:
Práce byla zaměřena na rozvoj města s důrazem na jeho investiční politiku. Cílem práce bylo zjištění a zhodnocení poptávaných investičních a neinvestičních příležitostí obyvatel města Chlumec. Poté na základě těchto zjištění navrhnout a předložit městu doporučení na realizaci poptávaných příležitostí s pozitivním dopadem pro komunitu. This work was focused on development of a city with emphasis on its investment policy. The aim of the work was to identify and evaluate the investment and non-investment opportunities required by the inhabitants of the town of Chlumec.
