V tejto bakalárskej práci pod názvom Hypotekárne úvery sa venujeme problematike úverovania, konkrétne hypotekárnym úverom. Bakalárska práca je rozdelená do troch častí. V prvej časti je to teoreticky pohľad na hypotekárne bankovníctvo, hypotekárne úvery, delenie hypotekárnych úverov, právna úprava a všeobecné podmienky poskytovania hypotekárnych úverov.
