Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací pracovníků spolupracujících s vybranou finanční společností. Teoretická část zahrnuje základní pojmy související s motivací, pracovní motivaci, motivační teorie, firemní kulturu a pracovní výkon. Praktická část se zaměřuje na samotnou společnost a již zmíněné spolupracovníky. Za pomocí písemného dotazování byly nasbírány odpovědi na otázky týkající se pracovní motivace, firemní kultury, pracovního výkonu. Práce je zakončena shrnutím a vyhodnocením těchto odpovědí.

Abstract:

This Bachelor Thesis deals with the motivation of workers cooperating with selected financial company. The teoretical part of the bachelor thesis includes basic concepts related to motivation, work motivation, theory motivation, corporate culture and performance. The practical part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the company itself and the aforementioned collaborators. With the help of written inquiries were collected responses to questions on work motivation, corporate culture, work performance. Thesis is finished with summary and evaluation of those responses.
