Importance and methods of education of medical nutrition in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract

Abstract:

Cieľom bakalárskej práce je zhotoviť materiály vhodné na edukáciu výživových doporučení u jednotlivých gastrointestinálnych ochorení. Pre lepšiu zrozumiteľnosť problematiky sa na začiatku práce stručne opisuje fyziológia a patofyziológia zažívacieho traktu. Vzhľadom na komplexnosť práce je zahrnutá taktiež kapitola o edukácii, ktorá sa zameriavala na zhrnutie edukačného procesu a najpoužívanejších edukačných metód. Praktická časť je tvorená prehľadmi štúdií a odborných článkov o problematike ochorení tráviaceho traktu, na základe ktorých vznikali edukačné materiály.

Abstract:

The aim of the Bachelor's thesis was to produce materials suitable for the education of nutritional recommendations in individual gastrointestinal diseases. For better understanding of the subject, the physiology and pathophysiology of the gastrointestinal tract was briefly described at the beginning of the thesis. Due to the comprehensiveness of the thesis, a chapter on education was also included to summarize the educational process and the most used educational methods. The practical part consists of reviews of studies and scientific articles on the issue of digestive tract diseases, on the basis of which the educational materials were developed.
