Extremofilní mikroorganismy
Extremophilic microorganisms
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozmanitými mikroby, kteří osidlují extrémní prostředí. Extrémní prostředí zahrnují vysokou a nízkou teplotu, vysoké a nízké pH, vysokou koncentraci solí, nízkou koncentraci živin, ale také podmínky s vysokou hladinou organických rozpouštědel. Extremofilové vyvinuli různé strukturní a chemické adaptace, které jim dovolují přežít a růst v extrémních podmínkách. Tyto mikroorganismy …moreAbstract:
The dissertation describes a variety of microbes inhabit extreme environments. Extreme environments include high temperature, pH, pressure, salt concentration, and low temperature, pH and nutrient concentration, and also conditions having high levels of organic solvents. Extremophiles have evolved several structural and chemical adaptations, which allow them to survive and grow in extreme environments …more
