How households invest: The structure of household assets and the process of its formation

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zejména analýza příjmu domácností. Hlavním záměrem je zjistit, v jaké výši a z jakých zdrojů plyne domácnostem jejich disponibilní důchod. Následně se práce zaměřuje na rozložení spotřeby domácností a její výši v jednotlivých segmentech. Společně se spotřebou se práce zabývá materiální deprivací domácností a tím, jaký na ně má vliv. Klíčovým bodem bakalářské práce jsou investice domácností a rozložení jejich celkového majetku především ve finančních aktivech. Část zabývající se investicemi analyzuje strukturu majetku domácností v několika peněžních a investičních nástrojích, jako jsou například spořící účty nebo investiční fondy. Cílem práce je zjistit provázanost mezi jednotlivými tématy a jak jejich jednotlivý vývoj ovlivňuje tvorbu majetku domácností

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis is primarily the analysis of household income. The intention is to find out in what amount and from which resources households receive their disposable income In the second part, the thesis focuses on the distribution of household consumption and in what amount is in individual segments. Together with consumption, the thesis deals with the material deprivation of households and how it affects them. The key point of the bachelor's thesis is the investment of households and the distribution of their total assets, especially in financial assets. The section dealing with investments analyses the structure of household assets in several monetary and investment instruments, such as savings accounts or investment funds.
