Abstract:

Cílem studie je nejprve pochopit, jaká je role technologických změn v politikách rovnováhy mezi prací a rodinou a jak ovlivňují technologické nástroje používané k plnění každodenních pracovních povinností schopnost rovnováhy mezi pracovními a rodinnými povinnostmi u pracujících dospělých . Jedním z hlavních problémů na trhu práce, kterému se dostalo pozornosti mnoha výzkumných pracovníků a tvůrců politik, je nerovnost mezi muži a ženami. Cílem této studie je prozkoumat, zda lze technologickou změnu konkrétněji použít, pokud lze k omezení profesní nerovnosti pohlaví použít rozvinuté technologické nástroje (počítače, telefony)

Abstract:

The aim of the study is to firstly understand the what is the role of technological change in the work and family balance policies, and how does the technological tools used to complete everyday work duties affects the ability to balance between work and family responsibilities in working adults. One of the major issues within the labor market that have received attention from many researchers and policy makers is the occupational gender inequality. The goal of the current study is to examine if the technological change more specifically if developed technological tools (computers, phones) can be used to reduce occupational gender inequality
