Předmětem této práce je vývoj koncepce právní úpravy oddlužení, a to v souvislosti s implementací směrnice Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2019/1023, o restrukturalizaci a insolvenci. Cílem této práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit, jak se od účinnosti insolvenčního zákona postupně měnila celková koncepce oddlužení.
