Diplomová práce „Komunistické a nacistické právo - totožnost nebo zásadní rozdíl?“ pojednává o porovnání dvou totalitních režimů - nacistického Německa (1933 - 1945) a komunistického SSSR (1917 - 1953). Zaměřena je především na právní řád obou režimů a pomocí nich práce odpovídá na otázku, jestli je právo obou dotčených režimů identické, nebo se dají najít zásadní rozdíly. Abstract:
Diploma thesis "Communist and Nazi Law - the Identity of the Major Differences?" deals with the comparison of two totalitarian regimes - Nazi Germany (1933 - 1945) and the Communist USSR (1917-1953). It is focused on the rule of law both modes and use them to answer the question whether the law of the both modes are identical, or can be found fundamental differences.
