Tato práce byla napsána, aby vzbudila zájem o koření nejen u čtenáře, který má daleko od profesionálního vaření, ale možná i u těch, kteří jsou přímo spojeni s gastronomií. This work was written to arouse interest in spices not only for the reader, who is far from professional cooking, but perhaps also for those who are directly connected with gastronomy.
