The aim of this bachelors’ thesis is based on a strategic analysis of the surroundings of Karlovarská Korunní s.r.o. evaluate the environmental factors that affect the company today and find the reasons why the Kofola Group bought the 100% share in Karlovarská Korunní s.r.o. and find out what is the company’s outlook for the future.
