This diploma thesis deals with the study of selected PLU1 lectin from Photorhabdus laumondii subsp. laumondii. The work aims to find the optimal crystallization conditions and to characterize the properties of this lectin by various biophysical and other methods. Táto diplomová práca sa venuje štúdiu vybraného lektínu PLU1 z baktérie Photorhabdus laumondii subsp. laumondii. Práca sa zameriava na nájdenie optimálnych kryštalizačných podmienok a na charakterizáciu vlastností tohto lektínu pomocou rôznych biofyzikálnych a iných metód.
