Tato práce se zabývá popsáním populačně-genetické struktury dvou kryptických druhů netopýrů P. pipistrellus a P. pygmaeus v reprodukčním období (tzn. genetická diferenciace mezi koloniemi, IBD, tok genů mezi jednotlivými reprodukčními koloniemi, sex-biased dispersal atd.) za použití jaderných (mikrosatelity) i mitochondriálních (D-loop) genetických markerů. This work focuses on description of population genetic structure of two cryptic bat species with sympatric distribution in Central Europe, Pipistrellus pipistrellus and Pipistrellus pygmaeus (e.g. genetic differentiation between populations, IBD, gene flow between colonies, sex-biased dispersal etc.)based on microsatellites and mtDNA markers.
