Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Autokracie a ochrana vlastnických práv“ je analýza heterogenity ochrany vlastnických práv ve státech, které jsou charakterizovány jako autokratické. V první části je provedena rešerše literatury zabývající se ochranou vlastnických práv. Je poukázáno na význam ochrany vlastnických práv pro hospodářství a určeny jednotlivé determinanty jejich ochrany. Na základě této rešerše jsou formulovány hypotézy, jež jsou ekonometrickými modely ověřovány v další části práce. Z výsledků ekonometrické analýzy jsou učiněny závěry o ochraně vlastnických práv v autokratických státech.

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis "Autocracies and property rights protection" is to analyse the heterogeneity of property rights protection in states that are characterized as autocratic. In the first part is conducted the research of literature dealing with the protection of property rights. It is pointed to the importance of property rights for the economy and individual determinants of property rights protection. On the basis of this research hypotheses are formulated that are tested by econometric models in the next part. On the grounds of the results of the econometric analysis are made conclusions about the property rights protection in autocratic states.
