Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována HLA systému. V první části byl popsán HLA systém obecně, jednotlivé molekuly patřící do tohoto systému (molekuly HLA I., II. a III. třídy), názvosloví a dále byl popsán polymorfismus. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the HLA system. The first part is focused on describing the HLA system in general, individual molecules belonging to this system (HLA class I, II and III molecules), nomenclature and polymorphism. The second part of the bachelor thesis described the effect of inheritance of the HLA system, possible diseases with which antigens are related to. The last part described the …more
