Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou katastru nemovitostí se zaměřením na vklad práv. Cílem práce je vymezení průběhu vkladového řízení vedeného katastrálním úřadem včetně objasnění rozsahu přezkumné činnosti správního orgánu při povolování vkladu práv. This thesis addresses the problematics of the land register with focus on ownership entries. The goal of the paper is to outline the process of the entry procedure conducted by the cadastral office including the clarification of the scope of the reviewing activities of the administrative body when permitting ownership entries.
