DNA Fragmentation - a Marker of Cytotoxicity
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá fragmentací DNA, což je jeden z hlavních markerů apoptózy. Fragmentaci DNA můžeme stanovovat pomocí kometové metody, která je v této práci zavedena a optimalizována. Vybrané buněčné linie, látky a toxiny jsou následně testovány pomocí optimalizovaného kometového testu.
Abstract:
This thesis has been focused on DNA fragmentation which is one of the major markers of apoptosis. DNA fragmentation can be analyzed by the comet assay which was introduced and optimized in this work. The selected cell lines, substances and toxins were subsequently tested by the optimized comet assay.
