Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce bylo připravit kapilární kolony s monolitickou stacionární fází a následně tyto kolony modifikovat pomocí techniky roubování neboli graftingu. Složení směsi a doby graftingu pro modifi-kaci byly vybrány pomocí matematického plánování za použití Box-Behnken designu. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to prepare polymer-based monolithic capil-lary columns and hypercrosslink their surface by a utilization of UV-initiated photografting. Design of experiments approach has been used to optimize length of the crosslinking monomer, it’s concentration, and time of the modification reaction.
