Předmětem mé diplomové práce je vymezení slabin zákona č. 216/1994 Sb., o rozhodčím řízení a o výkonu rozhodčích nálezů. Práce obsahuje v první části vymezení samotného rozhodčího řízení a následně vymezení literaturou zmiňovaných výhod. The main subject of my diploma thesis is to specify the weak points of the Act No. 216/1994 which regulates the arbitration and the enforcement of arbitration awards. The first part of the work contains the definition of arbitration and subsequently all advantages mentioned in literature.
