Qualifications, authorizations and duties of external auditor compared with internal auditor

Anotace:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá obecně spolupráci mezi interním a externím auditem. V teoretické části jsou popsány oba dva audity a vysvětleny související skutečnosti s externím a interním auditorem, tj. nezávislost, vztah k organizační struktuře, etický kodex a dokumenty, které jsou předmětem auditu. V praktické části práce je popsán postup průběhu interního a externího auditu na konkrétním pracoviště, včetně všech předchozích fází.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on generally cooperation between internal and external audit. In the theoretical part describes the two audits and explained the facts of the external and internal auditors as independence, relationship to organizational structure, code of ethics and documents, which are subject to audit. The practical part describes the procedure during an internal and external audit at a particular workplace, including all previous stages.
