Abstract:
Bakalářská práce obsahuje přehled poznatků o problematice příčného přerušení míchy s následkem paraplegie z pohledu fyzioterapeuta. Základní fyzioterapeutické přístupy jsou polohování, respirační fyzioterapie, provádění aktivních a pasivních pohybů, fyzikální terapie, vertikalizace a měkké a mobilizační techniky. The thesis is concerned with an overview of basic knowledge of complete spinal cord injury and its complications from physiotherapist?s point of view. Major physiotherapeutic procedures are positioning of patients, respiratory physiotherapy, making active and passive movements with patients, physical therapy and soft and mobilization techniques.
