Proposal for Improving the Management of the Non-profit Organization Charita Nový Hrozenkov

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh na zlepšení hospodaření neziskové organizace Charita Nový Hrozenkov. Cílem práce je podat charitě návrhy, které by napomohly ke zlepšení hospodaření, a tak ke zvýšení ekonomické stability. Za pomoci literární rešerše a internetových zdrojů, přibližuje teoretická část diplomové práce problematiku neziskového sektoru a organizací, které v něm působí. Další kapitoly jsou zaměřené na charakteristické znaky fungování charit a měření jejich výkonnosti. V praktické části jsou analyzovány příjmy a výdaje charity, její výkazy a následně jsou vypočítány finanční modifikované ukazatele, které se zaměřují na výkonnost charity. V poslední části je navržený projekt, který má zajistit zlepšení hospodaření charity a zlepšit tak její výsledek hospodaření.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis is a proposal to improve the management of the non-profit organization Charita Nový Hrozenkov. The aim of the work is to make suggestions to the charity that would help to improve its management and thus increase its economic stability. With the help of a literature search and internet sources, the theoretical part of the thesis introduces the issues of the non-profit sector and the organizations that operate within. Other chapters focus on the characteristics of charities and the measurement of their performance. The practical part analyses the income and expenditure of charity, its accounts and then calculates financial modified ratios that focus on the performance of charity. The final section proposes a project to improve the performance of charity and thereby increases organization bottom line.
