Tématem práce je komparace právní úpravy kupní smlouvy v českém a ruském obchodním právu. Po úvodu následuje kapitola s názvem Vymezení kupní smlouvy, která obsahuje problematiku podstatných částí kupní smlouvy, předmětu, stran a formy kupní smlouvy, rozlišení kupní smlouvy od smlouvy o dílo a uzavírání kupní smlouvy.
