Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právem spotřebitele odstoupit od smlouvy o dodávkách energií. Cílem práce je analyzovat související právní úpravu v občanském zákoníku a energetickém zákoně, zjistit případné a navrhnout změny právní úpravy k zajištění vyšší ochrany spotřebitele. This thesis deals with consumer law regarding energy supply contract withdrawal. Goal of this thesis is to analyze related legislation in the Civil Code and the Energy Act, found out about any shortcomings and propose legislation changes to enhance consumer protection.
