Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje problematice zdravotních obtíží, vznikajících z důsledku vykonávání dlouhodobé sedavé práce u počítače. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány chyby při nesprávné práci s počítačem, obtíže, které z tohoto ergonomicky špatného užívání vznikají a možnosti jejich eliminace. This work is about problematics of health difficulties, which come from a long-term computer work. Dissertation is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical one.
