Influences of social networks on relationships in the 21st century

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o vlivech sociálních sítí na partnerský život v dnešním světě technologií. Teoretická část popisuje základní terminologii týkající se virtuálního světa a partnerství. Dále se práce věnuje problematice nadměrného užívání sítí, komunikaci na internetu, emocím, sebepojetí nebo žárlivosti online. Praktická část je tvořena kvalitativním šetřením. Toto šetření je provedeno za pomoci rozhovorů. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit do jaké míry ovlivňují sítě partnerský život a jaký má vliv čas strávený na sítích na kvalitu vztahu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the effects of social networks on partner life in today's world of technology. The theoretical part describes the basic terminology related to the virtual world and partnerships. Furthermore, the work deals with the issue of excessive use of networks, communication on the Internet, emotions, self-concept or jealousy online. The practical part consists of a qualitative survey. This survey is conducted through interviews. The aim of the research is to find out to what extent networks influence partner life and how the time spent on networks affects the quality of the relationship.
