Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na vliv desetitýdenního tréninkového plánu na elektrostimulátorech, využívajících metodu elektrostimulace EMS (elektro-myo-stimulace), na vybrané parametry složení těla u skupiny dospělých nesportujících žen, se sedavým způsobem zaměstnání. This diploma thesis is focused on the effect of ten-week training plan on electrostimulators, using the method of electrostimulation EMS (electro-myo-stimulation), on selected parameters of body composition in a group of adults, non-sporting women with sedentary occupation.
