Tato bakalářská práce přibližuje problematiku právní úpravy spolků a pobočných spolků po přijetí občanského zákoníku, který vstoupil v platnost 1. 1. 2014. Téma je stále velmi aktuální, neboť se dotýká téměř 100 000 spolků a pobočných spolků, jejichž předchozí právní úprava nekladla důraz na systematičnost a organizaci. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of legal regulation of associations and branch associations after the adoption of the Civil Code, which came into force on 1st January 2014. The topic is still very actual as it affects nearly 100,000 associations and branch associations whose previous regulation did not emphasize legal consistency and organization.
