Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na poskytování dotací územním samosprávným celkem – obcí. Předmětem teoretické části je vymezení legislativního rámce, charakteristika pojmu dotace a právního jednání, které v této oblasti utváří vůli obce. This bachelor’s thesis is focusing on allocation of grants by local government of a specific municipality. It defines a scope of legislative Framework, concepts of a local grant and the legal entitlement formed by municipality.
