Design of nonresidential interior equipment – wine cellar

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh nebytového interiéru vinného sklepa a atypických nábytkových prvků do něj určeného. Teoretická část se zabývá vývojem vinohradnických staveb, klimatickými podmínkami a obecnými požadavky pro nebytový prostor. V další části autorka zkoumá existující vinné sklepy na trhu. V praktické části je popsán současný stav interiéru vinného sklepa a jsou zde zpracovány nové půdorysné varianty interiéru, včetně atypických prvků jako je barový pult a degustační pulty. Konstrukční řešení, technologický postup, cenové kalkulace a numerická simulace degustačních pultů jsou součástí práce. Celý návrh interiéru je prezentován pomocí vizualizací.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the design of a non-residential interior of a wine cellar and atypical furniture elements intended for it. The theoretical part deals with the development of wine cellar buildings, climatic conditions and general requirements for non-residential space. In the next part, the author examines the existing wine cellars on the market. The practical part describes the current state of wine cellar interiors and elaborates new floor plan options for the interior, including atypical elements such as bar counters and tasting counters. Design solutions, technological procedure, price calculations and simulations of tasting counters are included in the work. The whole interior design is presented by means of visualizations.
