Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá stanovením matrix metaloproteináz 2 a 9 jako možného doplňujícího nádorového markeru ve vzorcích sér pacientů s karcinomem prostaty a v lyzátech nádorových buněčných linií.
Abstract:
This work deals with determination of matrix metalloproteinases 2 and 9 as a potential supplementing tumor marker in serum samples of patients with prostate cancer and in lysates of tumor cell lines.
