Natural antioxidants in tea
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá přírodními antioxidanty v čaji a jejich stanovením. Zaměřuje se na přípravu vzorku k analýze Soxhletovou extrakcí a analýzou připravených vzorků technikou vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie. V práci je porovnán obsah antioxidantů v extraktech připravených Soxhletovou extrakcí a ve vodném výluhu čaje.
Abstract:
The natural antioxidants in the tea and their determination was studied in this thesis. It focused on the preparation of the samples before analysis by Soxhlet´s extraction and analysing prepared samples by liquid chromatohraphy. The quantity of antioxidants included in the liquid leach of tea with extracts of tea prepared by the clasic technique of Soxhlet´s extraction were compared.
