The thesis describes the currrent situation, expectations and possible development of ecotourism in the White Carpathians PLA with the aim of contribution to reach the sustainable development. The former part of thesis chiefly mentions its theoretical bases, legislative aspects of the topic, and the monitored area is also specified there.
