Abstract:
Bakalářská práce "Bankovní tajemství" se zabývá jednak charakteristikou a významem bankovního tajemství, ale především jeho právní úpravou v České republice, včetně připravované novely zákona. Shrnuje právní úpravu ochrany osobních údajů a představuje registr jako průlom do bankovního tajemství, spolu s popisem jednotlivých registrů.
Abstract:
In my bachelor work "Bank secrecy", I write about charakteristic and meaning of the bank secrecy, mainly I deal with its legislation in the Czech republic, including the forthcoming amendment. My work summarizes the legal regulation of personal data protection and shows register as a breakthrough in bank secrecy, along with description of each register.
