Bakalárska práca približuje problematiku náhrady škody v pracovnom práve a rozpracováva pojem zodpovednosti v pracovno-právnych vzťahoch. Práca je vypracovaná podľa pokynov a rozdelená do piatich hlavných kapitol. Prvá kapitola sa bude venovať vymedzeniu pojmu škoda.
