Abstract:

Předkládaná disertační práce na téma „Protižidovské zákonodárství ve Slovenské republice a v Protektorátu Čechy a Morava – komparativní a analýza“ pojednává o legislativních a exekutivních omezeních Židů v letech 1939 – 1945 na území Protektorátu Čechy a Morava a Slovenské republiky. Základním prostředkem této práce je analýza právních předpisů, které Židy vylučovaly z veřejného a hospodářského života a tím zásadním způsobem připravily půdu pro realizaci tzv. konečného řešení židovské otázky. Cílem této práce je pak poukázat na nejvýraznější rozdíly právní úpravy židovské otázky v protektorátním a slovenském právním řádu.

Abstract:

The dissertation thesis entitled "Anti - jewish legislation in the Slovak Republic and the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia - Comparative and Analysis" deals with the legislative and executive restrictions of the Jews between 1939 and 1945 on the territory of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and the Slovak Republic. The basic means of this work is the analysis of the legal regulations that the Jews excluded from public and economic life, thus fundamentally paving the way for the realization of the final solution of the Jewish question. The aim of this work is to highlight the most distinct differences of legal regulation of the Jewish question in the Protectorate and Slovak law.
