Developing facility abilities of racers in the discipline of Downhill Mountain Biking

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo přispět k problematice rozvoje obratnostních schopností u závodníků v disciplíně sjezd na horských kolech. V teoretických východiscích se věnujeme obratnostním schopnostem a jejich rozvojem. Dále se detailněji zabýváme cyklistikou, jejímu rozdělení a disciplínou sjezd na horských kolech. Vybrali jsme skupinu 20 sjezdařů ve věku 18-25 let. Provedli jsme úvodní měření pomocí dvou motorických testů, aplikovali tréninkový plán a změřili závodníky opět pomocí výše zmíněných testů. Z výsledků jsme zjistili, že po realizaci tréninkového plánu závodníci dosahují lepších výkonů.

Abstract:

The main goal of this bachelor thesis was to contribute to the issue of development of facility abilities in the discipline montain bike downhill. The outcome of this thesis covers skillfull abilities and their development. Further we explore cycling, its division and the discipline mountain bike downill. We chose a group of riders in the age between eigtheen and twenty-five. We made initiative mesuration by two kinetic tests, applied a training plan and progressively measured riders again with the use of tests mentioned above. From the measured results we found out that after the realisation of the training plan bikers acquire better achievements.
