Comparison of Selected Forging Tools

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku opotřebení děrovacích nástrojů za tepla, konkrétně na funkční části tvarových razníků. Cílem práce bylo dosažení vhodného poměru nízkých nákladů a opotřebení spolu s požadovanou životností tvarových razníků. Opotřebení bylo aplikovanými variantami minimalizováno. Volbou vhodné konstrukce tvarového razníku spolu s volbou vhodného materiálu funkční části tvarového razníku, kterým byla slitina niklu s výrobním označením Nimonic 80 A, bylo dosaženo požadovaného poměru. Tato slitina byla nanesena na funkční plochu metodou LMD.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the issue of hot wear of punching tools, specifically on the functional parts of shaped punching tools. The aim of the work was to achieve a suitable ratio of low cost and wear together with the required lifetime of the shaped punching tools. The wear was minimized by the applied variations. By selecting a suitable design for the shaped punching tools together with the choice of a suitable material for the functional part of the shaped punching tools, which was a Nickel alloy with the production designation Nimonic 80 A, the desired low wear ratio at low cost was achieved. This alloy was deposited on the functional surface using the LMD method.
