Diplomová práce popisuje specifika provozování mezinárodní silniční nákladní dopravy. Zaměřuje se především na hospodaření s pohonnými hmotami, jejich spotřebu a nákup. Analýza zkoumá hospodaření s pohonnými hmotami v rámci společnosti C.S.Cargo a.s. a na základě poznatků z této časti, jsou navržena dvě různá opatření vedoucí ke snížení nákladů. Abstract:
This thesis describes the specifics of the international road freight transport operation. It focuses primarily on fuel management, its consumption and purchases. The analysis examines the fuel management within the company C.S.Cargo a.s. and two different measures aimed at reducing costs are proposed based on the findings of this section.
