This dissertation is a research of the collection of fairy tales by the Brothers Grimm "Kinder- und Hausmärchen." Tato disertační práce zkoumá sbírku pohádek bratří Grimmů „Kinder- und Hausmärchen“. Na základě dat získaných ze sestaveného korpusu se skrze naratologické analýzy věnuje otázce role zvířat ve vybraných pohádkách a vysvětluje funkci souvisejících jazykových prostředků.
