Abstract:
Práce se zabývá vznikem, fungováním a změnami v Národním výborů města Brna. Dále také hodnotí, jak si tento výbor vedl z hlediska územní samosprávy. V neposlední řadě se snaží analyzovat jeho pracovníky, funkcionáře.
Abstract:
Thesis analyzes the formation and changes in the functioninf of the National Committee of Brno. It also evaluates how this Committee has condcted in terms of local government. Finally, trying to analyze his staff officers, funcionaries.
