Předmětem bakalářské práce „Motivační systém podniku“ je analýza motivačního systému ve společnosti 2G spol. s.r.o. a předložení návrhů na možná zlepšení. První část práce je zaměřena na pojmy z oblasti motivace, věnuje se vybraným motivačním teoriím, pracovní motivaci a generačním rozdílům. The subject of the submitted thesis „Motivation system of a company“ is to analyze motivation system of the company 2G spol. s.r.o. and to suggest possible improvements.
